Below you will find your access info for the 2024 INTRODUCTION TO WORK-IN-HAND COURSE and the affiliated Facebook Group. This information will also be sent to your email. If you have any problems, just email our Support Team at [email protected].
First things first...
This is important! Within 10 minutes (usually immediately), you will receive an email (perhaps more than one) from us. If you do not receive our emails, you need to check your SPAM and PROMOTIONS folders.
1-When you find the email, drag it over to your inbox. This tells your email provider that our emails are important to you, and increases the likelihood that they will continue to arrive in your main inbox in the future. Future emails will contain course updates, module releases, Q&A and hot seat announcements, and schedule changes.
2- One extra step that can help is to whitelist our email address (the best way to do this is to hit reply and let us know how you're doing today!)
3- If you cannot locate the emails from us, let us know immediately by emailing us at [email protected]. We can check to see if anything went wrong in the creation of your account. Sometimes there is a typo in the email address and we can check this. We can also issue you a new password if you cannot find the email with your password.

New Member? Go check your email. Within a few minutes, you should receive an email with your INDIVIDUAL login and password information. Once you are logged in, you can customize your password, upload a photo, or change your email or any other settings, as you wish.

When are the Q&As and Hot Seats? How do I attend? What if I cannot attend live?

All Q&As can be attended live on Zoom. They are always recorded. The recordings can be watched afterwards in the Facebook Group and within 24 hours, they are uploaded to the course platform.

You can submit footage from any of the course exercises in all of the HotSeat sessions. You do not have to be present live to participate.
*If you cannot attend the HotSeat session while live, you can still submit your video and watch the recording afterwards.
