First things first...

This is important! Within 10 minutes (usually immediately), you will receive an email (perhaps more than one) from us. If you do not receive our emails, you need to check your SPAM and PROMOTIONS folders.

1-When you find the email, drag it over to your inbox. This tells your email provider that our emails are important to you, and increases the likelihood that they will continue to arrive in your main inbox in the future. Future emails will contain course updates and module releases.

2- One extra step that can help is to whitelist our email address (the best way to do this is to hit reply and let us know how you're doing today!)

3- If you cannot locate the emails from us, let us know immediately by emailing us at [email protected]. We can check to see if anything went wrong in the creation of your account. Sometimes there is a typo in the email address and we can check this. We can also issue you a new password if you cannot find the email with your password.

NEW MEMBERS: If this is your first course with us and you do not have an existing account, you will receive an email shortly with your login information and password. Log in to the course platform and from there you can change your email, password, add a photo, etc. to your account. If you do not receive that email, contact us at [email protected] and we will reset it for you, however, please be aware that it can take up to 24 hours for us to answer. We thank you for your patience.

EXISTING MEMBERS: If you already have an account for other courses or one of the challenges, you will use the SAME login information to log in to this course. If you have lost your login details, contact us at [email protected]  and we will reset it for you, however, please be aware that it can take up to 24 hours for us to answer while in the midst of the heavy part of enrollment.
