In the Challenge, Thomas and Shana Ritter will show you the pathway to developing simple and flying changes with YOUR horse - using classical principles and riding exercises.

WHAT IS THIS?

5-Day Recordings Challenge for Riders

In August we held a 5-day Simple and Flying Changes challenge. The challenge included Theory, Instruction and Riding Rxercises. It is designed for riders who are interested in learning about using dressage exercises to develop their horse's ability to do simple and flying changes.

Based on Classical Dressage principles and biomechanics, the Ritter Pathway is designed to make the simple and flying changes "Figureoutable" for horse AND rider - all while keeping your horse sound, healthy, and happy.

WHEN IS THIS?

The Challenge was held on August 21-25, 2023

The challenge is now over - however we have made the recordings of the live training, Q&A sessions, and the Hot Seat Sessions, and the horse and rider exercises available for you to download and keep.*

*The small print - please note - this challenge was originally released for a limited time for free as a pre-cursor to the enrollment for our 2023 Flying Changes course. As such you may find references to this within the Course materials.

Challenge Promises

Anyone can train their horse to do simple and flying changes.

Anyone.

❌ That means you don’t have to be a professional trainer.

You don’t have to have a degree in changes (Tip: there isn’t one).

❌ You don’t have to have special talent.

❌ You don’t have to have magic.

✅ You just need to know the pathway.

✅ You need to know how to develop the horse so that the changes become the most logical, easy thing for your horse to do.

👉 And we are going to show you how to do that.

Here's what we covered

Day 1 - The Roadmap.

The key is making it easy and logical for the horse. How to see the training process as a roadmap of skills the horse has to learn.

Day 2 - The Pathway to the Simple Changes

The What, Why, and How of Simple Changes. You will learn an exercise you can try with your horse to start the path towards simple changes with your horse.

Day 3 - The Pathway to the Flying Changes

Understanding the components of the Flying Changes. You will learn an exercise you can try with your horse that builds on the exercise from Day 2.

Day 4 - Assessing the results.

We reviewed videos submitted by participants, gave feedback and tips, and answered questions.

Day 5 - Putting the pieces together.

The final piece of the puzzle. Bringing it all together for smooth, effortless flying changes. How do these exercises fit together and how do you bridge the gap from the first exercise to the flying changes?

Oh Yes! I'd love the recordings!!
