"Make the impossible possible, the possible easy and the easy elegant."

Moshe Feldenkrais

Do you dream of riding in effortless harmony with your horse?

Do you frustrate yourself by slipping into bad  postural habits in the saddle?

Or find that you are held back by stiffness and injuries?

But what if you too could develop the balance, posture and movement skills of the riders you admire?

It sounds outlandish right?!?

Except, it's how you work.

How we all work.

Inherent in every human is a life-long capacity for improvement through learning.

We are not talking about the kind of 'learning' many of us have experienced in lessons, where an external expert is constantly correcting your 'faults'. This type of 'learning' is noisy. It disrupts your ability to feel for yourself. Furthermore, the endless corrections often create feelings of anxiety and self-doubt. And ironically, feeling inadequate invariably results in the very muscular tension that gets in the way of us riding with ease.

How can you learn differently?

Learning the Feldenfit way is easy, relaxed, and fresh.

In Feldenfit lessons, you will reawaken your physical curiosity and pleasure in moving well.

Cultivate your awareness and feel.

Learn to judge for yourself the quality of your balance in relationship to your horse’s balance.

Carefully designed exercises will leave you feeling centred, grounded and aligned with your horse.

It's time to say goodbye to forced corrections, futile hard work, and ineffective efforts.

Get back in touch with your natural capacity to improve, using movement experiments which will help you to tune into yourself and refine your position and aids.

Wake up your innate potential to be a great rider,

Become the rider your horse is waiting for!

We want you to be able to experience this for yourself, so we put together a FREE Challenge where you can try out some Feldenkrais-based lessons created specifically for riders.
