"I loved the combination of theory, mental images and horse exercises. The Feldenkrais lessons are awesome to create body awareness and uncover the rider's own stiffness and crookedness that reflects on the horse. Invaluable for me were the lessons in the video coaching clinic. I'm a visual learner and seeing what is happening and Thomas' comments and suggestions at the exact moment were very educative and helpful. Many things I could transfer to my own riding. Filming me riding on a regular basis during the course was essential to see the small differences, what worked, what didn't. I think my riding has improved quite a bit and I'm more confident solving problems as I've more tools in the box now. Looking forward to going through the course again!"
